We're hiring aBusiness Development Executiveto join the Rubicon team, offering £35,000 per annum with a realistic £45,000 OTE. This is a role for someone who thrives on the chase, from first approach through to closed deal, and wants to own their own pipeline from day one.
Rubicon's growth depends on a steady flow of new client relationships, and we need someone who can get in front of decision-makers, build genuine rapport, and turn a conversation into a signed client. It's a role built for someone who's naturally persuasive, comfortable being out in the field, and driven by closing the deal.

- Identifying and approaching new prospect businesses across your local area, getting your foot in the door and opening conversations
- Networking and building contacts through face-to-face meetings, events, and proactive outreach
- Communicating confidently with senior stakeholders to understand their needs and win their business
- Running marketing initiatives that build rapport and keep Rubicon front of mind with prospects
- Building and owning a healthy sales pipeline, from first contact through to close
- Closing sales and converting opportunities into new client relationships
