Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining a range of technical documents including CMMs, SILs, training manuals, installation instructions, and service bulletins
- Ensuring all publications align with relevant industry standards and internal quality processes
- Supporting improvements in documentation methods, systems, and workflows
- Collaborating with engineering, manufacturing, quality, configuration, and customer support teams
- Managing your workload to meet documentation deadlines and on-time delivery performance targets
Experience
- Experience compiling technical publications within an engineering or manufacturing environment (aviation/aerospace would be desirable)
- Proficiency with authoring tools such as Adobe FrameMaker or similar
- Experience with 2D illustration software such as IsoDraw
- Understanding of Simplified Technical English (ASD-STE 100)
- Knowledge of technical standards such as iSpec2200 (desirable)
