- Fixed-term contract for a minimum of 12 months, offering genuine job security

- Overtime available on Fridays and Saturdays at 1.5x pay, and Sundays at 2x pay

As an Electrical Assembler, your responsibilities will include:
- Completing fine, precise soldering on PCB boards, wires and electronic components to a consistently high standard
- Assembling, testing and packing joystick and control assemblies in a flow-line production environment
- Reading and following technical drawings and work instructions accurately
- Using mechanical hand tools to complete repeatable, quality-assured builds
- Maintaining high standards of quality, safety and productivity throughout each shift
As an Electrical Assembler, your experience will include:
- Demonstrable fine soldering skills, particularly on PCB assemblies, with the precision and dexterity to work on small, intricate components
- Experience within an electrical, electromechanical or electronics assembly environment
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings
- Confidence using mechanical hand tools including screwdrivers, wire strippers and cutters
- Comfort with structured, repetitive tasks where consistency and accuracy are essential
