- 20 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 25 days plus bank holidays after 5 years

Responsibilities
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements
- Setting up and aligning components for welding according to specifications
- Performing TIG welding using manual or semi-automatic equipment
- Maintaining welding equipment to ensure safety and efficiency
- Collaborating with the team to improve processes and productivity
Experience / Qualifications
- Proven experience in TIG welding
- Ability to work with stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium
- Strong fabrication skills, including reading drawings and assembling components
- Knowledge of manual and mechanical welding techniques
- Professional welding certification is advantageous but not essential
