Are you looking for reliable, ongoing work in a production environment? We have multiple opportunities available now with our North Dorset client base. No previous experience is required – full training will be provided. However, prior experience may lead to more challenging roles and enhanced pay rate. These positions offer consistent hours, a professional working environment, and the chance to join a welcoming team.
What we’re able to offer are regular and consistent hours, full training, a weekly wage and the potential for overtime (subject to demand). These roles are offered on a contract basis until the end of March/April 2026, with the potential to become permanent following successful performance and business needs.
General duties of these Production Positions could include:
- Supporting the main production line, operating machinery in a safe manner
- Picking and packing from the production line, ensuring that the quality standards are met
- General housekeeping around the site, ensuring that things are kept clean and tidy
- Supporting and preparing completed product to be shipped out to customers
Successful applicants for these Production Positions will be provided with training. What we’re looking for in applicants though includes:
- A strong willingness to learn and work in a production environment.
- Ability to communicate and understand English and follow instructions
- Reliability & punctuality
- Own transport preferred (not essential if local)
