Working hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday–Thursday 08:00–17:00 and Friday 08:00–12:30 (there is flexibility on start and finish times).

Responsibilities:
- Driving project delivery within the company’s lifecycle framework and ensuring compliance with all processes
- Leading and motivating teams to achieve on-time, on-cost, and on-quality results for prototypes and production
- Defining project scope, objectives, and resource plans while managing budgets and timelines
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritise objectives and resolve conflicts effectively
- Monitoring progress, identifying risks, and implementing corrective actions to keep projects on track
- Maintaining clear communication with stakeholders and ensuring satisfaction through transparent updates
- Preparing and reporting departmental KPIs and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
- Working closely with engineering, sales, operations, and quality teams to deliver final solutions to manufacturing
- Conducting occasional client and supplier visits to strengthen relationships and ensure alignment
- Performing any other reasonable duties as requested by your manager
Experience:
- Formal qualification in project management or proven experience in similar roles
- Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced manufacturing environments
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving ability and a methodical approach
- Computer literacy and experience with MRP systems (advantageous)
- Engineering degree or relevant technical background (preferred)
