As an Automotive Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Leading and motivating production teams to achieve KPIs and targets
- Managing all dismantling line activities and ensuring operational efficiency
- Overseeing safe removal of vehicle components and recyclable materials
- Liaising with Line Leads and Maintenance Engineer for proactive equipment care
- Maintaining strict health, safety, quality, and environmental standards
As an Automotive Supervisor, your experience will include:
- Mechanical qualification (Level 3 in Vehicle Mechanics) or equivalent hands-on experience
- Proven ability to lead, coach, and inspire teams
- Strong problem-solving, planning, and organisational skills
