You’ll join a small, friendly office team in a focused environment, supporting smooth day-to-day operations across the office and production workflow. Key Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls and direct queries professionally
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers via phone and email
  • Enter new orders into the system and generate job cards for shop-floor production
  • Create delivery notes and ensure accurate documentation is included
  • Maintain and respond to customer order books
  • Update and manage internal production schedules
  • Scan and save documents (delivery notes, work orders, supplier paperwork, inspection reports)
  • Use the MRP system to allocate material to laser-cut parts
  • Create new parts on the system for quotation purposes
  • Carry out general office duties (photocopying, filing, etc.)
  • Organise couriers and manage outgoing post via Royal Mail / DHL

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
  • Comfortable using computer systems and learning new software
  • MRP experience is beneficial but not essential—full training provided
