Responsibilities
- Programming and setting CNC lathes using Fanuc controls
- Creating programs and setup sheets for first-off production
- Manufacturing tooling as required and following planning routings
- Collaborating with engineering and production teams to improve processes
- Ensuring quality, safety, and precision across all workshop practices
Qualifications
- Minimum 7 years’ CNC turning experience (time-served or equivalent)
- Strong Fanuc programming capability
- Solid understanding of workshop practices and engineering fundamentals
- Ability to work independently with excellent problem-solving skills
- Background in aerospace or similar precision engineering environment (preferred)
- Keen to learn and self-motivated with a positive attitude
