Whether you’re a skilled CNC Programmer, Setter, or Operator, this role offers autonomy, variety, and the opportunity to work on high-spec aerospace parts in a fast-paced environment.
Day shift hours:
- Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30
- Friday 07:30–12:30
Night shift hours:
- Monday to Thursday 15:30–01:45 (Shift allowance: +33%)
As CNC Turner, you will benefit from:

Your responsibilities will include:
- Programming and editing NC programmes
- Setting and running CNC turning centres
- Producing parts to drawing specifications
- Completing quality and OEE records
- Preventing FOD contamination
- Creating and updating setup sheets
Your experience will include:
- Time-served apprenticeship
- Minimum 5 years’ aerospace experience
- Proven ability to work unsupervised
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with FANUC and Mazak controls
- Experience in a busy sub-contract machine shop
