Day shift hours: Monday to Thursday 07:30–16:30, Friday 07:30–12:30

Night shift hours: Monday to Thursday 15:30–01:45 (Shift allowance: +33%)

Responsibilities:

  • Programming and editing CNC programmes
  • Setting and running CNC milling centres (including 5-axis machines)
  • Producing parts to drawing specifications
  • Completing quality and OEE records
  • Preventing FOD contamination
  • Creating and updating setup sheets

Experience:

  • Time-served apprenticeship
  • Minimum 5 years’ aerospace experience
  • Proven ability to work unsupervised
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with FANUC and Mazak controls
  • Experience working on 5-axis CNC milling machines in a busy sub-contract machine shop
