Responsibilities:
- Supporting the Quality Manager in maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (AS9100 / ISO 14001 / NADCAP)
- Assisting with internal, supplier, and customer audits
- Investigating non-conformances and supporting root cause analysis
- Creating customer documentation packs and FAIR reports to AS9102 standards
- Supporting supplier quality assurance and performance monitoring
- Contributing to continuous improvement projects across production and operations
Experience and skills:
- Proven background in precision engineering or manufacturing
- Working knowledge of ISO
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
- Experience with root cause analysis and problem-solving tools
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and quality management systems
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
