We're hiring a Recruitment Coordinator to join the Rubicon team, supporting one of our three key divisions in finding, qualifying and championing brilliant candidates for our clients.
No previous recruitment experience needed, just the right attitude and a background in dealing with people.
Why this Recruitment Coordinator role exists: our consultants need a steady stream of well-qualified candidates to keep pipelines moving and clients happy.
This role gives candidates a brilliant experience from first contact to placement, and gives our consultants the headhunting, screening and admin support that lets them focus on winning and growing client relationships.
People with a strong customer service background, from lettings, retail, hospitality or similar, often make brilliant recruiters, so we'll teach you the rest.
Rubicon is 100% employee-owned (think John Lewis & Waitrose, but smaller and more personal).

- Headhunting candidates through job boards and Linked In
- Keeping in regular contact with candidates already on our database
- Qualifying candidates who apply to live vacancies
- Writing compelling adverts for our clients' vacancies
- Preparing polished candidate profiles and CVs for clients
- Keeping our CRM database accurate and up to date
- As the Recruitment Coordinator you'll bring
- A customer service background, ideally from lettings, retail or hospitality
- A professional, confident phone manner
- Good IT skills and comfort learning new systems
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- A full UK driving licence
