Responsibilities
- Supporting both digital and traditional marketing activity
- Creating and scheduling engaging content across social platforms
- Creating designs for digital and print using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Supporting candidate attraction and lead generation activity
- Updating our website (WordPress)
- Helping organise events and capturing promotional content
Qualifications
- A genuine interest in marketing, social media, and how businesses grow
- Strong written communication and confident verbal communication
- Basic design and/or video editing skills (Canva, Adobe, or similar)
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and email marketing
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn (you’ll get lots of support, you need to bring the energy)
