Responsibilities

  • Leading, coaching and developing a team of 5 Customer Experience Associates, holding them accountable against clear KPIs
  • Owning service standards across phone and email, ensuring response times and order processing targets are consistently hit
  • Managing team workloads and priorities, keeping accuracy and attention to detail front and centre
  • Delivering internal improvement projects on time and to a high standard
  • Overseeing order processing, account set-ups, consignments and commercial invoicing across ERP and CRM systems
  • Leading from the front, stepping in on calls and customer queries when the team needs you

Qualifications

  • Proven experience leading or supervising a team within customer service, sales support or order processing
  • A track record of managing team performance against KPIs, including coaching and one-to-ones
  • Confidence working with ERP and CRM systems, with strong Excel skills
  • Experience in a B2B, distribution or product‑led environment
  • A calm, organised approach with high accuracy under pressure
