Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading, mentoring, and developing packing teams to deliver against key targets
- Driving operational performance across safety, quality, and productivity metrics
- Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency optimisation
- Ensuring On Time In Full delivery and adherence to strict quality standards
- Overseeing packing equipment performance, maintenance, and improvement
- Maintaining high standards of health & safety and site compliance
Your experience will include:
- Proven experience in a leadership role within Manufacturing or Production Operations
- Strong understanding of performance metrics such as OTIF, quality, and efficiency
- Experience implementing Lean or continuous improvement methodologies
- A hands‑on leadership style with the ability to drive accountability
- Strong communication skills and the ability to influence at all levels
- Commercial awareness and understanding of operational cost control
