As the Brand Marketing Manager, you’ll be:

  • Planning and running smart, targeted above-the-line campaigns (radio, bus, OOH)
  • Managing community sponsorships and local events, championing brand visibility in key areas
  • Creating compelling campaign plans and creative briefs that reflect brand personality
  • Leading social media content and community engagement across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
  • Writing, commissioning, and overseeing brand-led content for press, website, and other channels
  • Monitoring brand performance, campaign ROI, and competitor activity
  • Keeping the brand voice sharp, warm, and recognisable across everything

As the Brand Marketing Manager, your skills and experience will include:

  • A minimum of 2 years in a brand marketing or campaign role
  • Experience delivering ATL campaigns that drive awareness and action
  • A creative mindset with a strategic edge
  • Great copywriting and visual judgement
  • Social media know-how and understanding of what engages audiences
  • Desirable (experience in PR, events, within a service-led business)
