Trainee Recruiter

Rubicon Consulting is a multi-million pound recruitment business supplying predominately contract staff into the Power, Renewables, Telecoms and Technology sectors. We have a large established base of clients, all of which rely on us to provide them with high quality contractors to work on critical projects throughout the UK and Europe. This isn’t an out and out sales position but does require some of the qualities that make a successful sales person such as tenacity, self-motivation, ambition and dedication. Earnings potential is huge and unlimited. As well as a good basic salary, bonuses and commissions can quickly build up to far exceed double the basic. This is a highly paid role because it requires hard work and a willingness to go above and beyond as well as a good level of basic intelligence to enable you to understand our clients requirements which can often be complex and extensive. You do need to be self-motivated as you will have your own individual responsibilities but we all work together as a team as well and you need to have that team spirit. This is a career position, a job you can build a very good standard of living from but its not for the faint hearted. Nothing in this business comes easy, you really do get back what you’re prepared to put in and the effort required is relentless. This position could be suitable for people with various backgrounds. Graduates are welcome but so are non-graduates.
