Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor on a 6 month rolling contract based in Stafford – Hybrid (Site). To support the commercial management of infrastructure projects, ensuring effective cost control, accurate financial reporting, and proper subcontract administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and manage interim valuations and final accounts.
- Produce accurate cost reports and forecasts.
- Monitor project budgets and identify commercial risks and opportunities.
- Administer subcontractor packages, including payments, variations, and change control.
- Support procurement activities and commercial negotiations as required.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within infrastructure projects.
- Strong understanding of commercial management and cost control processes.
- Experience in subcontract administration and valuation procedures.
- Good analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
