Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Operational Manager on a 6 Month Initial Contract, based in Scotland

Role Summary

Join us as an Operational Project Manager, where you will take the lead in running the entire project lifecycle from tender management to commercial reporting.

You will accurately detail project progress through our internal Project Management system, ensuring comprehensive coverage of all details.

Collaborate with third-party services and vendors to meet project specifications, while managing scope, time, cost, and quality.

Your role will involve communicating project updates to stakeholders and liaising with the Engineering team to define scopes and requirements, ensuring a right-first-time delivery.

Work closely with the Workshop Supervisor to drive project success and efficiency.

  • You will oversee tender processes and be responsible for commercial management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • You will ensure accurate recording of project progress using our Project Management system.
  • You will coordinate with third-party services and vendors to effectively meet project requirements.
  • You will lead the scope, specification, time, cost, and quality of assigned projects through ASC.
  • You will communicate project updates to partners, ensuring visibility and alignment.
