Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Load Out Coordinator on a 6 month rolling contract based in Port Of Nigg – Inverness.
Role Summary
This isn’t a generic logistics role – it’s hands-on coordination of load-out activities at a pre-assembly hub, working closely with vessel crews, construction leads, and contractors to ensure components are ready, certified, and safely loaded for offshore transport.
Key scope includes:
- Coordinating load-out operations and vessel readiness
- Managing quayside activities (lifting, rigging, crane ops)
- Ensuring all components (WTG) are ready with correct documentation
- Overseeing HSE compliance during all load-out operations
- Supporting offshore logistics planning and forecasting
- Outside IR35
