Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for an Electrical Supervisor on a 12-18 month contract based in Oxfordshire. The role involves supervising electrical installation works on National Grid substations, coordinating with site teams, and ensuring work aligns with project specifications and National Grid procedures.

You will manage subcontractors and direct labour on site, conduct toolbox talks and safety inspections, review RAMS, and maintain quality, progress, and site documentation.
