Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a M&E Site Supervisor on an initial 3-6 month contract based in Hartlepool.
Role Summary
- Supervise day-to-day mechanical and electrical activities related to nacelle components.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) standards and site regulations.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, technicians, and logistics teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
- Conduct inspections and quality checks in alignment with project specifications and requirements.
- Support planning and scheduling activities, reporting progress to the Completions Manager.
- Monitor resource use and ensure proper handling and documentation of materials and tools.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical or logistical issues during pre-assembly.
- Maintain up-to-date records of work performed, inspections, and incidents.
Requirements
- Proven experience supervising mechanical and electrical works, preferably in wind turbine or heavy industry pre-assembly environments.
- Strong understanding of HSE standards in construction and energy sectors.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a rotation-based schedule.
