Air Conditioning Engineer in London

Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Air Conditioning Engineer on a 3 month contract, based in London.

The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Role Summary

To coordinate all resources and stakeholders to deliver a high level of service to clients

with maximum efficiency and in a safe, sustainable and collaborative manner.

To report directly to the Contract Manager with responsibility for the delivery of HVAC planned and

preventative maintenance including reactive breakdowns.

The role will involve the development and maintenance of good working relationships with customer representatives and work in a manner which ensures that all aspects of the service agreement between us and the customers are delivered with the requisite levels of professionalism.

Requirements

Apprenticeship in Air/Conditioning maintenance

Formal recognised City and Guilds qualification or NVQ level 2 air conditioning & refrigeration

5 years post qualification experience

PASMA & IPAF would be desirable

IET 18th edition would be desirable

Previous technical experience in a similar role

Previous experience xiskglj of using a CAFM system

Team working experience

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook

Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management
