Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for a Business Administrator on a 6 Month Rolling Contract, based in East Anglia.

Role Summary

As a Business Administrator to the External Supplier Quality team, you will be supporting our Small Gas Turbine business and be part of a growing team in a position that entails a large responsibility! You will collaborate internally with experienced cross-functional teams to uphold quality standards while fostering strong relationships with our valued global suppliers. You will be part of a team responsible for assessing and maintaining supplier capabilities across the investment casting, machining and coating supply chain. The role will manage the end-to-end administration of supplier concessions and supplier change requests to fixed processes, ensuring accurate processing, documentation control recording, and efficient tracking of quality activities across a diverse supplier base. Your role will help the team to ensure key deliverables are met whilst minimising disruption to engine build line.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier concession submissions - Uploading and sanitising supplier submissions for completeness, accuracy, and compliance; coordinate distribution by assigning submissions to the appropriate subject matter experts for timely review and disposition.
  • Quality data reporting - Compile concession performance metrics, defect trends, and produce monthly KPI reports.
