Rubicon Consulting is currently recruiting for Project Coordinator on a Rolling Contract, based in Lincoln. The following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.

Role Summary

You will be responsible for managing region-level customers, overseeing the full process from sales tendering through to project delivery. The role includes order management, actively chasing and expediting orders, and ensuring smooth delivery execution. You will make sure all required parts are available, maintain strong working relationships with project managers, and interact regularly with direct customers as well as internal overseas and regional teams. This position requires close collaboration within a large, cross-functional matrix of teams.

  • Responsible for the delivery and management of Chargeable Spares orders (PM100 to PM070), as well as any communication with customers related to the delivery of parts and contractual obligations on allocated contracts.
  • Responsible for the delivery and management of Chargeable Factory Overhauls orders (PM100 to PM670), as well as any communication with customers related to the delivery of parts and contractual obligations on allocated contracts.
  • Responsible for the delivery and management of Chargeable Site Overhauls / Inspection orders (PM100 to PM670), into site inspection project managers for allocated contracts.
  • Responsible for the delivery and management of LTP orders, into site inspection project managers for allocated contracts.
  • Responsible for the delivery and management of spares supplies of Retrofit orders for a given team, into retrofit project managers on allocated contracts.
  • Responsible for the trading forecast on the allocated contracts as well as OTD.
  • Responsible for the management of NCCs on the allocated contracts.
  • Responsible for the management of disputed debt.
  • Responsibility for the GM and Ebit on allocated contracts.
  • Project management of commercial issues and disputes.

Requirements

  • Background & knowledge of SAP.
  • Degree/HNC Qualified.
