Rubicon Consulting is recruiting for an on-site H&S Advisor on a 6-month rolling contract based in Scotland, supporting the Crossaig Substation Project.
You will provide health, safety and CDM guidance to delivery teams, embed a strong safety culture in a high-risk construction environment, and travel to site within a 4–5 hour window.
This role offers autonomy and the opportunity to own safety delivery on a major infra project, with exposure to client management and Substation works.
