Rubicon Consulting is a specialist recruitment consultancy providing white collar resource for blue chip companies within the energy industry. We are currently recruiting for an Admin Assistant to join our team in Hockley Heath.
You will join our admin and payroll team who provide admin and back office support to our sales and recruitment team.
Role Responsibilities:- Receiving and directing phone calls.
- Editing and preparing contracts for workers.
- Chasing/following up on required documentation to support your team.
- Creating job adverts for vacancies and submitting to job boards - making use of CV library, LinkedIn and Canva.
- Uploading CVs to our database.
- Upkeep of our database - creating placements, mailshots.
- Utilizing Microsoft Office and other software for daily tasks.
- Other general administrative duties.
- Proficient with technology.
- Able to work well under pressure and quickly when needed.
- Socially confident.
- Highly organized.
- Attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
All training on our systems will be provided but you must have a professional telephone manner, a good understanding of Microsoft Office, English and Maths qualifications and be able to organise and prioritise.
