Role Summary
The Field Services Support Operations Specialist provides logistical and technical assistance to field teams, ensuring smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Support administrative and tactical readiness for technicians deploying to offshore wind projects.
- Ensure technicians have necessary resources (computers, PPE, etc.) to effectively deploy to project sites.
- Support the Resource Management Leader in building deployment schedules and communicate schedules to technicians and site operations leaders.
- Manage and maintain documentation and systems that support resource deployment.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar tools is required.
- Experience in offshore wind is preferred.
- Prior experience coordinating resource deployment or relevant scheduling activities.
