As we continue to expand globally, we are seeking a Head of Ecommerce Partnerships to build and lead strategic partnerships with marketplaces, ecommerce accelerators, agencies and platform providers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute Rubicon Bridge’s global ecommerce partnership strategy across marketplaces, agencies and commerce platforms.
- Identify, negotiate and secure strategic partnerships with ecommerce agencies, marketplace service providers, accelerators and technology partners.
- Position Rubicon Bridge as the compliance infrastructure partner for brands expanding internationally.
- Build relationships with key ecommerce platforms and marketplaces including Amazon, TikTok Shop and emerging channels.
- Support marketplace partners with compliance insights that enhance their seller ecosystems.
- Generate qualified pipeline through partner channels and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Develop co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners to accelerate customer acquisition.
- Develop partner onboarding, training and enablement frameworks.
- Ensure partners clearly understand Rubicon Bridge’s solutions and how they support global compliance.
- Support partners with commercial positioning and customer education.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to maximise partnership impact and convert opportunities into revenue.
- Provide market insights to support product development and GTM strategy.
- Contribute to revenue forecasting and strategic planning.
- Manage existing strategic partnerships to maximise long-term value and revenue.
- Identify cross-sell and expansion opportunities across partner networks.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience building and managing strategic partnerships in ecommerce, SaaS or marketplace ecosystems.
- Experience working with ecommerce agencies, marketplaces, aggregators or commerce platforms.
- Track record of delivering commercial growth through partnerships.
- Strong understanding of global ecommerce and marketplace ecosystems.
- Knowledge of Amazon, marketplace sellers or cross-border ecommerce expansion is highly desirable.
- Experience working with SaaS platforms or technology solutions.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills.
- Ability to develop strategic partnerships that drive measurable revenue outcomes.
- Comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to engage senior stakeholders within partner organisations.
- Strong collaboration with cross-functional internal teams.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as HubSpot.
- Ability to analyse partner performance and pipeline metrics.
