We are looking for a passionate Sales Representative to join our UK team in South East and North London. RUBI Tools is the global leader in tools and machinery to cut, handle, and fix wall and floor tiles, and other building materials used in the construction and refurbishment industry. WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Selling to both new and existing customers to grow business in the region.
  • Strive to achieve sales goals for your location through effective relationship management of current customers.
  • Seek for new clients to grow RUBI Tools' presence in the region.
  • Showcase our products to train our customers on RUBI Tools products.
  • Provide our customers with support and expert advice about our tools and answer technical product questions.
  • Organise and perform product demonstrations and basic warranty repairs with end users.
  • Gather valuable feedback from the field on competitive landscape, pricing, market challenges and innovation, while being close to the end users.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED FOR THIS ROLE

  • 3+ years in the tiling or landscape sector.
  • Experience successfully selling in the B2B segment.
  • Willingness to travel throughout the North of London and South East which will result in nights away from home.
  • Negotiation and communication skills, goal orientation and passion to explore and open new accounts.
  • Must be a team player, with the ability to work on your own initiative, and align with our company's values.
