Are you a proven operational leader ready to take full ownership of performance, shape strategy, and drive sustainable growth? Do you bring the vision and leadership to align teams, optimise complex operations, and deliver at scale within a manufacturing environment? We are seeking a Head of Operations to provide strategic and operational leadership across our site. Reporting directly to the CEO, this role carries full accountability for end-to-end operational performance, spanning manufacturing, process efficiency, quality, maintenance, and supply chain. This is a pivotal leadership position where you will influence direction, strengthen capability, and ensure the business is positioned to deliver consistently at the highest level.
