We are looking for an enthusiastic HSEQ Advisor to join our team and take a proactive role in shaping and strengthening our Health, Safety, Environment & Quality performance across our busy manufacturing site. In this role, you will be the driving force behind promoting a culture where safety is at the heart of everything we do. You will work closely with all departments to champion safety initiatives, support continuous improvement and help ensure our workplace is safe, compliant, and future‑ready.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and influence a positive safety culture across the factory through coaching, engagement, and visibility on the shop floor.
- Drive health & safety initiatives, from hazard identification to developing practical solutions that enhance workplace safety.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to resolve safety challenges and implement improvements.
- Support incident investigations, root cause analysis, and the development of preventative measures.
- Assist the Quality team with managing customer complaints, ensuring timely follow‑up and meaningful corrective actions.
- Support internal quality and continuous improvement activities, helping strengthen our processes and overall performance.
- Maintain compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about safety and improvement
- Confident building relationships across all levels
- Qualified in H&S (NEBOSH or working towards)
- Comfortable in a hands‑on, industrial environment
- Analytical, pragmatic, and solution‑driven
- Experienced in manufacturing (preferred)
