The preferred candidate should possess prior experience in a comparable role, with an understanding of general maintenance duties and gardening practices, and the capability to operate and upkeep a variety of tools and equipment. This is a part-time position, with hours ranging from 16 to 24 per week. The role offers flexibility in both working times and days, which can be discussed and agreed with the successful candidate.
