As a Manufacturing Operator, you'll experience a workplace where no two days are the same. Embrace the opportunity for creativity as you work with a variety of parts. Based in our Aberdeen workshop, you’ll report to the Shift Team Leader, taking on the responsibility of preparing materials, equipment, and producing top-quality rubber and plastic moulded products to specification and target.

Candidate Requirements

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment is desired.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles (5S) is advantageous.
  • Previous manual handling experience.
  • Ability to work on your initiative.
  • Desire to learn and grow.

Don’t worry if you’re not an expert yet; we provide a comprehensive 5-week training program from day one. Be ready to work shifts on a three-shift rotation pattern (6 am – 2 pm, 2 pm – 10 pm & 10 pm – 6 am), rotating each week.
