We are looking to recruit a self‑motivated and committed individual who is ready to take the next step in their career. This is an excellent opportunity for someone already working within the business, or with relevant experience, who is looking to develop further.

The successful candidate will demonstrate a proactive, “can‑do” and “do it now” attitude, producing high‑quality elastomer moulded products to specification and target. You will also support the Shift Team Leader by helping to train, guide and develop operators, ensuring quality standards and targets are consistently met.

Based at our Aberdeen headquarters and reporting to the Shift Team Leader, this role involves taking ownership of NPI jobs once handed over from NPI Technicians. You will play an important role in supporting and developing the team through coaching and on‑the‑job training, while also gaining exposure to wider team leadership responsibilities. There will be opportunities to step up and cover Team Leader duties when required, making this a great stepping stone into a future leadership position.

Requirements

  • Experience in moulding within a manufacturing environment at a minimum Grade Level 2.
  • Ideal candidate must have leadership skills.
  • Ability to motivate and support a team.
  • Track record of continuous improvement.
  • Candidate must be able to work shifts, which is covered over a three‑shift rotation pattern (6am – 2pm, 2pm – 10pm, 10pm – 6am) rotating each week.
