- Mengajar Bahasa Inggris ke siswa/siswi secara langsung di kelas dari berbagai jenjang pendidikan.
- Memberikan sesi coaching dan pelatihan, termasuk berperan sebagai buddy dan role model bagi Master Teacher lain untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan efektivitas mengajar di bawah arahan Tim Akademik.

- Menyelenggarakan Homework Clinic (Klinik PR) untuk membantu siswa dalam mengatasi kendala akademik serta memberikan solusi yang tepat.
- Berpartisipasi dalam sesi Trial Class serta berkolaborasi dengan tim regional untuk berbagi praktik terbaik dan berkontribusi dalam berbagai inisiatif pendidikan.
- Memenuhi jumlah minimal sesi yang telah ditentukan, baik sesi Trial Class maupun sesi pengajaran di kelas.
- Menjalin dan menjaga hubungan yang baik dengan seluruh karyawan cabang dan pemangku kepentingan lainnya guna memastikan operasional kelas berjalan lancar dan efektif.
- Mengembangkan materi pembelajaran dan tugas akademik untuk mendukung implementasi kurikulum serta meningkatkan kualitas pembelajaran siswa sesuai kebutuhan.
