RTX is seeking a Training Analyst in Winnersh (Hybrid) to analyse training documentation and data from technical systems, delivering compliant training needs evaluations for military training solutions.
Role reports to Senior Training Analyst and emphasizes DSAT analysis and design, with a focus on cost, time, and quality balance.
You will conduct needs analyses, interview SMEs, and help prepare DSAT outputs in line with JSP 822 Defence Guidance.
