  • Manage small projects or subcontracting processes with autonomy and accountability for delivery.
  • Apply advanced knowledge of subcontracting practices to solve difficult and occasionally complex problems across multiple work areas.
  • Management and negotiation of contracts, non-disclosure agreements and terms and conditions.
  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior professionals, ensuring quality and consistency in subcontract execution.

  • You’ll want to work in collaboration with other defence training organisations, and the British Army.
  • You won’t let bureaucracy get in the way of what needs to be done, you’ll learn lessons and share these lessons across the team.
  • You won’t necessarily have a military background, but you’ll understand what it means to serve and to put the mission first.
  • A university degree (preferably in a STEM or business-related field) or equivalent experience.
  • Practical knowledge of subcontract management, supplier engagement, and contract execution.
  • Strong analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to operate mostly independently, engage and communicate across functions and make informed decisions.
