What You Will Do:

  • Support daily supply chain operations to ensure materials are delivered on time.
  • Analyse data and reports to identify shortages, delays, and trends.
  • Work closely with suppliers, manufacturing, and internal teams to resolve supply issues.
  • Monitor inventory levels and support planning activities.
  • Help improve processes, reporting, and supply chain performance metrics.
  • Participate in continuous improvement projects within the supply chain team.
  • Use systems such as SAP and Excel to manage and track supply chain activities.

Essential Criteria:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ working experience in a comparable role in Supply Chain, Material Management, Procurement or similar relevant discipline within a manufacturing or comparable environment.
  • Strong analytical, organisational, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently on multiple tasks with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.

Desirable Criteria:

  • Qualified or working towards CIPS / CPIM qualification.
  • Experience and working knowledge of ERP and MRP (Materials Requirements Planning) packages.
