At our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Marston Green, we provide specialist technical support for Electronic Engine Control, Fuel Metering units, Actuators and Pump units widely used in the Aerospace industry. Marston Green is a $300m+ turnover Repair and Overhaul site employing some 300+ across two operational modules.
An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to hire a Process Technician to support our continued growth onsite.
What you will do:
Key Activities
- General all round Process operational skills to include masking, painting and chemical application on key aerospace parts,
- Heat / Freeze press fitting
- Eccobond applications
- Vapour/grit blast
- Read and interpret engineering technical drawings and repair schemes
- Carry out tasks directly impacting operational commitment.
- Apply appropriate quality & safety assurance techniques and accept responsibility for individual and team standards.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Preferred experience in a high technology mechanical engineering business with proven track record of performing process / maintenance / repair skills.
- Ability to read and adhere to engineering drawings and strict written instructions
- High attention to detail, methodical approach

- Work on an individual basis but also as part of a team.
