RTX is seeking an HR professional for a full-time hybrid Payroll role in the Metropolitan Borough of Solihull. You will assist in payroll processing using SAP and Workday, delivering customer service to employees at all levels.

We're looking for someone with prior Payroll experience, strong communication skills, and Excel proficiency.
