As a Senior Principal Electronics Engineer you will operate as a technical authority guiding teams maturing design capability and ensuring compliance is built in. You will:

  • Lead modular electronics transformation and platform strategy
  • Direct day‐to‐day technical delivery across global teams
  • Ensure full compliance to DO‐254 / ARP‐4754
  • Act as a specialist in requirements management & traceability
  • Influence system architecture from concept through certification
  • Translate safety & hazard analysis into robust technical requirements
  • Strengthen lifecycle discipline and engineering quality at scale

Qualifications We Prefer:

  • Expert level communication skills able to communicate at all levels of the organization (design team, customer, executive, etc.) and tailor communication for the intended audience
  • Experience driving functional change through technical leadership
  • Expert domain knowledge of electronics design compliant with RTCA / DO‐254 and ARP‐4754
  • Deep experience developing with the V model and requirements management
  • Extensive experience of detailed electronics design for aerospace applications
  • Proven experience across the full development life‐cycle from concept to certification
  • Experience Managing Globally Distributed Development Teams
  • Experience with managing safety requirements, working with functional hazard assessments and decomposing them to design.
