As a Senior Principal Electronics Engineer you will operate as a technical authority guiding teams maturing design capability and ensuring compliance is built in. You will:
- Lead modular electronics transformation and platform strategy
- Direct dayâtoâday technical delivery across global teams
- Ensure full compliance to DOâ254 / ARPâ4754
- Act as a specialist in requirements management & traceability
- Influence system architecture from concept through certification
- Translate safety & hazard analysis into robust technical requirements
- Strengthen lifecycle discipline and engineering quality at scale

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Expert level communication skills able to communicate at all levels of the organization (design team, customer, executive, etc.) and tailor communication for the intended audience
- Experience driving functional change through technical leadership
- Expert domain knowledge of electronics design compliant with RTCA / DOâ254 and ARPâ4754
- Deep experience developing with the V model and requirements management
- Extensive experience of detailed electronics design for aerospace applications
- Proven experience across the full development lifeâcycle from concept to certification
- Experience Managing Globally Distributed Development Teams
- Experience with managing safety requirements, working with functional hazard assessments and decomposing them to design.
