The Global Patriot 24/7 Operations team is seeking a Program Integrator to help drive key execution activities across the Patriot Product Line within the Program Management Office (PMO).
This role will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensure consistent program management practices, support planning and performance tracking, and help drive successful execution across both Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Direct Commercial Sales (DCS) contracts.
You will collaborate closely with program leadership, functional partners, and customers, contributing to multiple phases of program activity including proposals, startups, execution, and closure.

What You Will Do
Organize and manage end-to-end proposal workflows across multiple contributors, maintaining clear communication, deadlines, and integration of all team inputs
Support development, implementation, and maintenance of program management plans aligned with program requirements and company processes
Assist with identifying program metrics and maintaining situational awareness dashboards for leadership
Support performance tracking including data collection, analysis, and coordination of corrective actions
Maintain effective action item tracking to ensure timely closure
