About the role:
A great opportunity to join our UK Security teams completing a range of admin tasks. There will be on-the-job training, mentoring and guidance as part of a business team in a technology environment.

- Ability to obtain a SC Clearance
- Good general office skills including MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.

Responsibilities
- Support the Security Coordination team in processing of Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS) pre-employment checks
- Support the Security Coordination team in processing United Kingdom Security Vetting (UKSV) security clearances
- Support Security Coordination Manager in the compliance, preparation and creation of Security Metrics
- Support on site access request administration
- Support business continuity and incident management processes, incidents and investigations
- Administration of electronic database for employee clearances
- Administration of site visitor security pass issue and receipt
- Confirmation of employee security clearance details to external parties
- Maintenance of records
- General office administration support
