Our Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) facility in Marston Green provides specialist technical support for Electronic Engine Control Fuel Metering units, Actuators and Pump units widely used in the aerospace industry. The site is a £300m turnover operation employing around 300 people across two operational modules.
What you will do:
- Disassemble, evaluate, assemble and test electronic engine control systems in accordance with relevant customer design and quality procedures, meeting all customer specifications and expectations.
- Meet turnaround time and output targets by adopting a flexible approach within the team and carrying out all tasks directly impacting turnaround time, including document processing and product conformance/release.
- Apply appropriate quality assurance techniques and accept responsibility for individual and team standards.
- Actively participate in CORE and Continuous Improvement activities.
- Assist through training in the development of colleagues.
