An amazing opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Production Controller to work within the production team for supporting operations and meeting production schedules.
What you will do:
- Plans and prepares weekly loading plans
- Creating and maintaining the monthly operational MPS
- Mitigate risks for short term shortages with internal suppliers to ensure customer delivery
- Monitor execution of production order and adjust schedules for timely delivery
- Ensuring parts for rework are issued in a timely manner
- Supporting customer returns
- NPI/Qualification Planning Support
- Prepares reports on Work in Progress, attends Tier 1 and 2 meetings with Operations and Team
- Assist in production activity control to meet operational & business objectives, review production plans to identify potential risks to Manager Process Maturity
Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Computer Knowledge (Excel, Ms Office)
- ERP Experience advantageous but not essential
- Team Worker – Primary site-based working
- Problem Solving
- Written & Verbal communication
- Attention to detail – Including documentary & recording
