What You Will Do
- Translate complex engineering design requirements into detailed and accurate manufacturing process documents to ensure seamless production.
- Partner with program engineering teams to evaluate designs for manufacturability and assembly, driving optimization and efficiency.
- Actively participate in and lead process improvement projects to enhance production quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.
- Perform thorough validation and verification of Manufacturing Process documents to guarantee accuracy and ensure product compliance to design.
- Engage with cross-functional teams, including engineering, quality, operations, and external suppliers, to resolve technical challenges and ensure alignment across the manufacturing lifecycle.
Qualifications You Must Have
- Typically requires a Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Math (STEM) and a minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required.
- U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with related military and industry standards and specifications.
- Tool Development Experience (Jigs, Fixtures, Specialized Packaging).
- Experience in DFMA.
- Active DoD Clearance (Confidential).
- Experience with the development of new manufacturing processes to support volume manufacturing.
What We Offer
- The salary range for this role is $86,800 - $165,200 USD. The salary range includes all experience levels.
