What You Will Do
- Manufacturing Engineer responsible for the Advanced Electronic Subsystem (AES) Power/PDU area, including production floor support, continuous improvement efforts, defect prevention, manufacturing data package readiness, design interface, and non-recurring engineering.
- Capture lessons learned on current production programs (e.g., Patriot, TPY) and incorporate them into future opportunity capture.
- Train and coach junior engineers in value‑stream practices.
- Conduct manufacturability and producibility reviews of new designs and concurrent engineering requests.
- Investigate and resolve production problems, providing root‑cause analysis and corrective action support in coordination with suppliers and other value streams.

- Provide engineering and manufacturing support to achieve on‑time, low‑cost hardware delivery with high performance and reliability.
- Execute across all program phases: proposal capture, process development, transition to production, and production support.

Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math (STEM) and a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 1 year of manufacturing experience.
- U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with technical drawing interpretation and GD&T.
- Proficiency in CAD solid modeling tools (e.g., CREO/ProE) and/or simulation tools.
- Proficiency with manufacturing/ERP systems such as PRISM/SAP.
- Experience with shop‑floor management tools (e.g., cMES).
- Experience with product data management tools such as Windchill/PDM.

Salary Range: 68,900 USD – 131,100 USD.
