As a Quality Engineer at RTX, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality assurance processes to ensure the highest level of quality in our products and processes. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to identify and mitigate quality risks, and develop and implement corrective actions to prevent future defects. You will also be responsible for conducting quality audits and assessments, and providing training and coaching to team members on quality‑related topics.

Key Responsibilities:
